Terms and Conditions By joining a Sin City Club Crawl you accept the following terms and conditions:
Sin City Club Crawl LLC cannot take responsibility if you do not use your purchase; there are no refunds for failure to arrive at the agreed meeting point or your chosen club at the agreed time. Cancellations must be made in writing 3 days prior to your scheduled event date. After that payments are non-refundable but if a problem arises and you cannot make your scheduled event you have up until 2 hours before your agreed meeting time begins to notify Sin City Club Crawl that you would like to go on a different date. The customer can choose an alternative date up to a year from the event date originally scheduled. No refunds will be given to those who do not choose to reschedule their club crawl. Accountability On Sin City Club Crawl tours alcohol is often consumed. All participants are responsible for their own safety and well being. Sin City Club Crawl does not encourage any clients to engage in dangerous activities or to drink excessively.
Sin City Club Crawl LLC does not accept any responsibility if the client drinks too much or engages in dangerous activities and suffers injury, illness, death, loss or damage as a result. Any person who is injured either prior, during, or after utilizing the services of Sin City Club Crawl LLC shall not hold Sin City Club Crawl LLC or any of it’s managers or employees responsible. Sin City Club Crawl LLC will not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses resulting from injury to personal property or injury to a person. Accessibility All packages offered are subject to blackout dates. Unless otherwise specified, packages are not available on New Year’s Eve or other certain holidays. Packages may incur supplemental charges on holidays. In a rare instance if a club is at maximum capacity and further admissions are not permitted due to health and safety requirements then a substitute club will be offered. Management at individual clubs reserve all rights. Sin City Club Crawl LLC is not held responsible if a client is denied entry or asked to leave the club by management due to their behavior or their intoxication level and no refunds will be given in this case.
Contract Sin City Club Crawl LLC is a fully licensed operation. Your contract with us is made under the terms and conditions detailed in this document and is subject to Nevada Law and jurisdiction. Clients booking by telephone or e-mail will be deemed to have read the booking conditions and have accepted them. A booking is accepted and becomes definite only from the date when Sin City Club Crawl LLC has received notice via email or phone of the booking. It is at this point that a contract between Sin City Club Crawl LLC and the client comes into existence. No term of this agreement may be amended, waived, or modified without a written agreement executed by both parties. It is agreed between all parties to this agreement that no disputes can exceed the amount originally paid to Sin City Club Crawl LLC.
